Registered Behavior Technician (Part-Time) – Cypress, TX 77433

Hours (During School Year):

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sunday (optional): 3–4 hours depending on RBT availability

Start Date: August 31, 2025

Finni Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Cypress, TX 77433. You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.
Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

Your Role:

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans

• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

• Collect session data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

• Support families through parent training and consistent communication

• Comfortable working in client homes

What You Bring:

• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

• Experience with social skills groups is required

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

• A passion for helping children grow and succeed

• Reliable transportation to client homes in Cypress, TX

• No specific training required to start

Job Details:

• Part-time: ~15–20 hours/week

• Pay: $21/hour

• Work Location: In-home therapy in Cypress, TX 77433
