Summary and purpose of position:
The role holder will carry out induction and refresher training for new colleagues which will incorporate manual handling training, Safe systems of work, policy sign offs, uploading and maintaining the HDN Training Matrix and service the training requirements for the shift. The role holder needs to have flexibility to support other shifts and in other locations depending on business requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
Supporting on-line training sessions and warehouse operations training where required
Carry out induction training for new or agency colleagues
Carry out all aspects of MHE training for colleagues
Carry out Manual Handling Training
Carry out Fire Marshal Training
Support other shifts if required
Visiting other sites to provide training if required
To be able to attend training courses and webinars on alternate shifts
