Role Overview
Mytra’s programs team is looking for an experienced NPI Project Manager to drive the execution of engineering changes cross-functionally across multiple programs.
As a NPI PM, you’ll partner with Technical Program Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute design changes across diverse set of product programs. We are a fast-moving organization, learning and iterating quickly, and we need robust change control management to minimize impact to the downstream teams.
Example Projects
- Define an end-to-end BOM revision process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications.
- Track and communicate BOM change impacts on cost, timeline and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals for BOM modifications.
- Develop and maintain details project timelines for BOM implementations across multiple concurrent programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through strategic BOM optimization.
The Ideal Candidate
- You’re very comfortable with data analysis and reporting, and have experience with Product Lifecycle Management Systems (PLM).
- You are detail oriented with strong documentation and process adherence.
- You have demonstrated experience with BOM management and new product introduction processes.
- You’re familiar with manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and component sourcing.
- You are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, growing together, and shaping the future of the company.
- Uncertainty isn’t scary, and you’re willing to analyze outcomes and pivot when needed.
- Openness, inquisitiveness, and constant ambition are important values.
