Office Administrator – Administrative Position (Healthcare)

Location: Spring, TX (20–30 min commute)

Job Summary

Step into the heart of our operations, where your skills will keep everything running smoothly. As our Office Administrator, you'll manage communications, support daily clerical tasks, and help ensure caregiver quality and client satisfaction. This role requires both office work and occasional field visits to client homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new clients
• Screen and interview caregivers
• Conduct in-home assessments and create Plans of Care
• Maintain compliance records and books (State regulations)
• Explain caregiving and nursing processes clearly to families
• Visit clients at home when necessary
• Use sound judgment and common sense in day-to-day situations
• Update and organize internal policies and documentation
• Network with social workers and healthcare administrators
• Deliver excellent, reliable customer service

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in the healthcare field or a nursing degree
• 5–10 years of general office experience

Skills:

• Proficient with computers and office software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual – English and Spanish (Required)
• Reliable transportation (Required)
