Are you skilled with a spray gun and passionate about quality craftsmanship? We’re looking for a Part-time Coating, Painting, and Spray Machine Operator to join our production team at Worth Higgins & Associates, Virginia’s largest and most awarded commercial printer.

In this hands-on role, you’ll apply high-quality coatings and finishes that both protect and elevate our products. You’ll work in a professional spray booth, using your experience and attention to detail to ensure a flawless finish every time.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply single or multiple layers of coatings to products to enhance appearance and durability
   
• Prepare surfaces and ensure they’re clean, smooth, and ready for coating
   
• Work from product shop drawings and job orders to deliver on-time, error-free results
   
• Operate commercial spray-painting equipment in a controlled spray booth environment

Requirements

   What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with commercial spray guns and coating techniques  
• Background in screen printing or other spray coating applications is a plus  
• Exceptional attention to detail – color accuracy and smooth, even finishes matter
