We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of our podiatric clinic operations throughout the Sacramento region by setting the standards and practices that support rapid growth and drive operational excellence. 

The ideal leader will have multi-clinic experience with proven success developing strong and engaged teams and a track record of delivering results through a disciplined operating structure, ideally in the healthcare space. This person will be driven by a sense of urgency to set clear priorities against the realities of a fast-growing entrepreneurial business. Essential Functions: 

• Focus on day-to-day operational success, driving the business, integrating strategic initiatives throughout the operations, and partnering with functional support groups on continuous improvement areas
• Drive revenue and contribution through facilitation of growth, profitability, and maximization of Key Performance Indicators
• Provide leadership that results in delivering budget expectations through a consistent, disciplined approach
• Partner with functional colleagues to create tools, systems and processes that scale quickly, efficiently and effectively
• Engage, develop and groom clinic staff to ensure an exceptional clinic experience
• Control, monitor and deliver an exceptional clinic experience and business results
• Define and execute plans based on needs identified through regular review and analysis of Key Performance Indicators and other key business metrics
• Assess and develop talent regularly to achieve high standards of performance and service
• Partner with Integrations team to set up and effectively manage acquired practices 
• Create a team environment that delivers results in ways that attract and retain top talent

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of hands-on field leadership experience in a large, multi-site environment, preferably within healthcare 
• Experience in an acquisition model with successful integration of independent locations a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong field operations knowledge, including multi-site operations, call center operations, real estate management, recruiting/talent development, customer service and patient/physician experience
• Experience building and scaling a field organization to support exponential growth
• Ability to effectively relay and reinforce the vision and build credibility and trust with physicians and team members who have recently joined the company
• Has a proven track record of building strong, cohesive teams that deliver consistent results
• Successfully work cross-functionally to influence and deliver results across the company
• Demonstrated track record of representing the voice of field operations on enterprise teams focused on strategic initiatives and innovations
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively interact with at all levels within the company
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, problem solving, and effective communication
• Ensures deliverable results through relentless focus on disciplined execution and effectively articulate our vision, rally the team, and motivate others
• Present as a true hands-on transformative thought leader able to make quick decisions using good judgement
• Effectively works cross-functionally with sophisticated influencing/engagement skills to mobilize resources that deliver positive physician, employee, patient, and business outcomes
• Strong organization and prioritization skills and lead with a sense of urgency to drive deadlines, results and change
• PC Proficient with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and EMR database
• Able to provide legal proof of eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to successfully pass an in-depth background investigation, including, credit check, with a clean DMV report and pre-employment drug screen.

Compensation / Benefits: 

• Competitive salary and benefit program with a base salary range of $100,000-$130,000 (depending on applicable experience)
• Benefit eligibility for FT employees working 30+ hours weekly begins first of the month following 30 days of employment
