Hybrid Certified Dietary Manager bei Southwest LTC

MUST have current TX Certified Dietary Manger license

Must have Nursing Home experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the Dietary department. Coordinate dietary services and activities with other departments. Assist in developing and maintaining written dietary policies and procedures. Interpret the department's policies and procedures to employees, residents, visitors, etc., as necessary. Assume and/or assist in obtaining/maintaining material safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used/stored in the dietary department.

Complete necessary forms, reports, evaluations, etc. to assure control of equipment and supplies. Maintain a file for tested standard recipes. Keep abreast of economic conditions/situations and recommend to the Dietitian and/or Administrator adjustments in dietary services that assure continued ability to provide daily dietary services. Inspect food storage rooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc. Review
