Are you a night owl? Do overnight shifts fit your lifestyle or schedule?

 Come join our 24/7 residential team supporting individuals with mental health challenges.  Work is focused on promoting wellness, stability and personal growth of our clients. The position involves providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to help residents build coping mechanisms and maintain progress in their recovery. 

Schedule: Two awake overnight shifts a week (16 hours total)

Pay: $23/hour (includes the shift differentials). 

Opportunities available to pick up additional shifts if desired. 

Experience in mental health or direct support roles in human services preferred. 

Must have strong interpersonal skills, reliability, patience, insight, and compassion. Valid driver's license, use of personal vehicle, and clear background required.
