JOB SUMMARY

This position helps fulfill ENVE’s objective of being a reliable partner by accurately fulfilling orders, organization of warehouse spaces, and the efficient handling of inventory throughout the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1) Pick pack and ship orders.

2) Replenish pick locations.

3) Manage orders held for non-payment per the hold list.

4) Goods receipts.

5) Customer returns.

6) Replenish production supply areas.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

7) Participate in audits and cycle counts.

8) Help prepare exports.

9) Print orders as requested by shipping lead.

10) Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

11) Adhere and uphold all Company policies and procedures.

12) Follow all procedures as they pertain to this position.

13) Performs other duties as assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Individual annual goals and objectives including inventory accuracy measured on value variance and warehouse location variance.
• Departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
• Effective communication and ability to work with all departments.
• Compliance with Company policies (e.g., safety, quality, attendance, etc.).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY/POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day however this position may be required to work up to 10 hours per day as well as Saturday may be required as job duties demand. Regular onsite attendance is expected and required. 

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (R) = Required (P) = Preferred (Equivalent combinations will be considered)

(R) High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

(P) Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.

(P) Experience using pallet jacks, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts.

(R) Ability to use a computer/tablet/keyboard.

(R) Ability to read and write English.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS (R) = Required (P) = Preferred

(R) Ability to be trained and certified on driving powered lift equipment.

PHYSICAL / VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work in a loud environment.
• Requires standing for long periods of time, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching are generally required to perform the functions of this position.
• Must be able to lift tools and assemblies weighing up to 60 lbs (less than 20 pounds frequently, 20-40 pounds often, and 40-60 pounds occasionally).
• See details of objects that are less than a few feet away; ability to “pick up” on small details is “picky” when it comes to ensuring the accuracy and quality of orders.
