As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
Your Role:
- Oversee the roll-out of large-scale business transformation initiatives within the assigned portfolio, focusing on scalable solutions that can be leveraged across products and lines of business.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic direction of the Transformation Office shaping business decisions, and driving growth and revenue
- Carry out day to day oversight of assigned programs and projects ensuring plans are updated, risks and issues are documented and mitigated, resources are available, and status reporting is complete.
- Collaborate with counterpart Portfolio Managers in Transformation Office to ensure cross dependencies and hand-offs are known and managed.
- Attend relevant project team meetings and chair Portfolio meetings to obtain updates, unblock issues, identify escalations and ensure plans are tracking to baselined timeframes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
- Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions.
- Demonstrate a client-driven approach at all times, fostering long-term relationships with clients and prospects throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Assist with the development of on-boarding and transition plans for new client integration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams responsible for project delivery, process improvement, platform and technology integration ensuring alignment with overall strategic vision.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with Transformation Office.
- Create & deliver presentations tailored to internal and client senior leadership teams.
Salary Range: USD 200,000 - 299,000
Qualifications
About You:
- 15+ years of industry experience.
- Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree
- Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
- Client facing experience in financial service industry preferred.
- Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be creative and innovative.
- Ability to influence and persuade.
