Job Description:
  • Facilitate the new hire training (pre-process & process)
  • Own and foster positive partnership experiences with key stakeholders.
  • AM training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving new hire training experience
  • Work with different teams and colleagues to continuously iterate the training program for maximum efficacy and impact as the data evolves
  • Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the program's current tools, processes. Help build new workflows to scale the program
  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Responsible for refreshers and any ad hoc training requests
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

Job Location- Vishakhapatnam

Shift Timings: Rotational- WFO only

Qualifications:

BFSI experience of at least 1 year- preferred

Strong virtual and in-person facilitation experience.

Good with Google applications (google doc, sheet etc)

Strong with MIS reporting

Strong analytical and training management skills

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in total

Data driven with superior written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in a faced paced environment with limited structure.

Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Trainer

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc

Experience with E-learning design tools (Articulate- rise 360, Canva) will be preferred.
