We offer fresh, quality, nutritious food that is affordable and strive to provide a great experience for our customers and staff. We are currently hiring for Commissary Kitchen positions, at our Bend Commissary location. 

The ideal candidate:
 

• Be positive and team driven
• Have a minimum of 1 year kitchen prep and food production experience
• Have basic knife skills
• Can ensure the proper preparation and cooking of high quality ingredients in large batch quantities
• Ability to work early mornings 
• Has a sense of urgency
• Will read and follow recipes
• Knows how to portion ingredients
• Can perform basic kitchen math
• Can display the ability to operate equipment such as tilt skillets, gas ranges, and ovens safely
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical maneuvers such as kneeling, squatting and using step stools
• Will communicate clearly with team members and management
• Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
