Position Description

Major/Essential Functions
- Daily cleaning of all offices within the arena, mezzanine lobby & entrances, backstage restrooms, media workroom and other areas of daily use (emptying trash, cleaning floors, windows, bathroom and kitchenette surfaces and fixtures, etc.).
- Routine cleaning of meeting rooms, locker rooms, ticket offices and other team practice or event-related spaces as assigned. Assists with athletic court care and other flooring surfaces when needed.
- Provides event support when needed, overseeing or assisting with various cleaning elements of public event spaces; may include custodial crew supervision before, during or after select special events. Assist with other event preparations when needed (setting tables, chairs, other equipment).
- Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the custodial supply warehouse; assists with related product inventory management. Assists with backstage cleanliness & organization, as well as the cleanliness and preparedness of custodial rooms and custodial carts for events.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in custodial operations, floor care and general cleaning with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to keep pace with a fast-moving operation, adapting to last-minute changes and needs.
- Proactive in recognizing matters of attention an in facility preparation.
- Punctual, with strong time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strength in working independently, as well as in group settings when needed.
- Supervisor skills a plus.
