As a Teller, you’re often the first point of contact for our Members. Every interaction is a chance to make a difference. In this Union position, you’ll enjoy the stability, support, and structure that help you grow while serving your community. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Provide exceptional care and customer service to our Members aligning with Tech Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
• Answer our Members' questions and provide assistance with their accounts with courtesy and professionalism
• Explore financial products or services that may help our Members reach their financial goals
• Actively participate in the growth and advancement of Tech Credit Union
• Protect our Members' financial accounts by diligently following all procedures, government regulations, and security guidelines
• Open new accounts for Members
• Accurately and efficiently perform financial transactions such as
  • Deposit checks and cash to checking, savings, and club accounts
  • Apply loan payments
  • Prepare money orders and other financial instruments
• and more

What We’re Looking For in a Teller:

To succeed in this Teller role, you’ll bring both people skills and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (banking preferred)
• Qualified: Holds a high school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented: Strong with numbers and basic math
• Communicative: Great at listening and explaining information clearly
• Empathetic: Genuinely interested in helping others
• Motivated: A quick learner with a team-first attitude
• Reliable: Comfortable handling cash and following procedures
• Flexible: Available for a 40-hour schedule, typically between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri) and 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturdays)
