JOB DESCRIPTION 

 

 

 

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Commercial GTM Strategy & Transformation will establish, lead, and scale the function ranging from commercial planning, execution, program governance, communication and cross-functional orchestration to help Alter Domus deliver on its ambitious commercial growth objectives.  Specifically, you will; 

 

 

  • Direct end-to-end commercial strategy – from planning through program delivery and governance – ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Translate executive mandates into operationally sound, scalable programs.
  • Serve as the connector across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Client Service Teams. Design and orchestrate delivery of go-to-market programs that align customer insights with in-market messaging, product capabilities, and sales playbooks.  
  • Develop and implement infrastructure to scale the global go-to-market (GTM) expansion, including creation of strategic frameworks, operational playbooks, and standardized templates.  
  • Identify and leverage AI-driven efficiencies across internal processes.  
  • Ensure focused approach to resource allocation and growth in key markets.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs focused on accelerating response to market events; assess tools, training, and content needed to equip teams for rapid pivots and in partnership with the Alter
  • Domus Academy, design and deliver new training content as required to respond to these changes.
  • Define sales playbook strategies, methodologies, and motions specifically tailored to capitalize on time-sensitive market opportunities and align with strategic priorities.
  • Promote and build Alter Domus' brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model to employees, clients, and customers.
  • Drive organizational change when necessary, delivering clear communications and direction to the team.
  • Support the development and engagement of employees at all levels, actively promoting the Employee Value Proposition within all regional teams.
  • Promote ethical business practices and community engagement, enhancing the company's reputation and social impact.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.  
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks.
  • Ensure the company maintains the highest Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) standards. 

 

 

 

PROFILE 

 

 

 

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, commercial operations, sales strategy, Chief of Staff or related roles—ideally in financial services and B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in GTM transformation, including introduction of new roles and functions against backdrop of evolving solution set.
  • Proven success building new functions or teams.
  • Experience working in multi-national corporations and managing global teams strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.
  • Strong commercial instinct and judgment – client centric and relationship oriented
  • High fluency with technology using AI and technology to drive go-to-market efficiency.
  • A forward-thinking leader with a track record of long-term planning and execution.
