Hybrid MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR bei Banner Property Management

Location: Audere Apartments; Biltmore Submarket – Phoenix, AZ

Schedule:       Full-Time; Monday – Friday + weekend availability required; on- call rotation required

Pay:                $32.00 – $33.00/hour 

Incentives:     Quarterly performance-based bonuses program; $150/week on-call bonus

Audere Apartments is seeking a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations, safety, and upkeep for our stunning 220-unit luxury community in Phoenix’s sought-after Biltmore neighborhood. Partnering closely with our Property Manager, you’ll keep the property beautiful and functional, lead our maintenance team, and deliver the top-tier service our residents expect.

This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on repair work—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume maintenance environment and enjoys creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all property maintenance operations
• Lead, coach, and schedule the maintenance team
• Organize regular team huddles to keep work flowing smoothly
• Complete service requests promptly—our service is award-winning for a reason
• Manage apartment turns, including cleaning, drywall repair, and appliance work, to get units move-in ready quickly
• Handle preventative maintenance, pool care, and grounds upkeep
• Maintain vendor relationships for turnovers and repairs
• Suggest and plan for capital improvements
• On-call rotation required (overtime and weekend work possible) – on-call bonus included

Qualifications: 

• 2 - 3+ years of hands-on maintenance supervisory experience in a high-volume setting
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting/repair, and basic carpentry
• Active, hands-on leader who works alongside the team
• Highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills
• HVAC/EPA certification required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license required
• Physical Requirements: frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching; Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
