Why Join Us as an After-Hours Registered Nurse?

  • Start and finish your shift at home, working on-call for 7 nights in a row (5pm-8am,) Monday-Sunday and then enjoy the next 7 days completely off. This schedule means you only work 26 weeks per year while being paid a full-time salary—giving you half the year off with full-time pay.
  • Unlike many other roles, there are no additional on-call requirements. Your schedule is set, so you can plan your personal life with confidence.
  • Our territories are optimized to ensure manageable drive times, so we can meet the specialized and urgent needs of our patient.
  • This schedule provides more dedicated time at home, making it ideal for individuals who want to spend more quality time with their loved ones. With 7 days off in a row, you'll have more time for yourself and your family.
  • Enjoy competitive base wages up to 90K (based on experience), comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k)-retirement plan.

  • Providing positive, supportive communication to physicians, NPs, our hospice case managers, patients, and families.

In this role, you will not be responsible for:

  • Triaging of patients, our after-hours RNs are supported by our triage team who dispatch our RNs only when an in-person visit is required.
  • An assigned “Case Load” of patients requiring a “Case Manager”
