Registered Nurse (RN) 
Schedule/Shift: Part-Time, Monday–Sunday, all shifts available (Day, Evening, Overnight)

Cedar Park Med is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a correctional environment. This role involves direct nursing care, patient monitoring, and support in a secure institutional setting. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote the physical and mental well-being of individuals in custody.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine and emergency nursing care to patients
• Assess, plan, and document patient care in accordance with protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and communicate changes to providers
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Assist in emergency responses and crisis intervention as needed
• Support compliance with health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Registered Nurse License
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (corrections or behavioral health preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work in a secure or high-acuity institutional environment
