We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our DoD customer.

Place of Performance: Fort Meade, MD

Start Date: September 2025 

Clearance: DoD Secret

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall execution of the program 
• Serve as Liaison between the contract, subcontract, and government
• Accountable for ensuring contract deliverables are submitted on time and within established quality criteria
• Ensure that all critical interfaces are operational and maintained to support mission requirements (ready, stable, and reliable)
• Accountable for all staff performance and performance-related issues 
• Provides strategic, expert advice and consultation on program activities to ensure efficient implementation of internal processes and procedures
• Manages short- and long-term organizational goals. Monitors and evaluates staff and program effectiveness 

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management
• Possession of an active Security+, CISSP, or CISM
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in deploying secure systems in government or military environments
• Understanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and related sensor placements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of leading teams and projects

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading an Enterprise-wide program with departmental stakeholders
• Ability to develop and implement a program that aligns with DoD strategic Intrusion Detection System (IDS) sensor initiatives and emerging technologies 
• An Active PMP certification
