We are offering a comprehensive trainee position as of now for an individual passionate about logistics and demand planning. You will receive mentorship and hands-on training in the core functions that drive our business success. As a key member of our team, you will be actively involved in our day-to-day operations

Your tasks – exciting and diverse:

• Inventory Management & Warehouse Process Optimization
  • Plan and supervise optimal inventory levels across all warehouses
  • Coordinate stock transfers between Warehouses & Factories to ensure balanced inventory
  • Reduce waste by minimizing write-offs
• Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor, analyze & plan warehousing costs to identify savings opportunities
• Demand Planning for Reduced Risk Products: Forecast demand & align production for reduced risk products
• Closely cooperate and coordinate with international and local partner functions (Management, HQ, Production, Sales, Finance, R&D)
• Logistics Support & Project Backup: Provide backup for various exciting logistics projects
• Process Automation: Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficienc

Your talent - organized and motivated to make a difference

• University degree in business administration or similar equivalent
• Spirit of teamwork and flexibility to cooperate in a multinational & agile environment
• High degree of personal initiative and responsibility for results
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Fluency in English (German would be an advantage)
• Solid user of Office Applications (advanced in PPT & Excel)
