Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant/Coordinator supports the Marketing Department in executing a wide range of initiatives including campaign support, promotional logistics, and administrative tasks. This role works closely with the Digital Marketing Director and other team members to ensure smooth operations across both digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns including direct mail, email, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update marketing portals, online stores, and SharePoint repositories.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including booth graphics, ads, and presentations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of promotional items, uniforms, and print materials.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing assets.
- Help maintain and organize digital assets and sales tools.
- Assist with monthly budget tracking and reporting for marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing needs across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, CMS systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
