The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in sales management. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to promote the resort's offerings and enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the resort.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
