Key Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resouces Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary tasks will include:
- HRIS Management:
- Efficiently utilize ADP Workforce Now for employee data management, payroll processing, and reporting.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HRIS systems while addressing any system related inquiries or issues.
- Data Entry:
- Input and maintain precise employee records within HR systems.
- Ensure data is current and error-free for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes.
- Payroll Assistance:
- Support payroll preparation and processing tasks.
- Verify timecards, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Benefits Assistance:
- Provide administrative support during open enrollment and benefits audits.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing employee documentation, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and assisting with other HR-related functions.

- Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED equivalent or higher.
- Administrative Human Resources Payroll Experience: 3 years or more.
