Pack and Product Change Coordinator - 12 Month FTC

The Recipe (About the Role)

This role is responsible for orchestrating efforts surrounding all packaging and product modifications, as well as managing all product discontinuations at Weetabix.

  • Coordinate product change and feasibility requests, ensuring accurate and timely data submission
  • Manage the Product Change Request tracker and escalate delays where necessary
  • Present material tracking data in weekly product change huddles and reviews
  • Oversee processes related to packaging, product changes, and discontinuations in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of master data and packaging artwork for approved changes
  • Provide ad-hoc collaboration with the Pack & Product Change Manager, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and solving problems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills — You enjoy working with others to get things done
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a project coordination or packaging/product change environment
  • Experience working with data — whether that’s collation, analysis, or reporting
