Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- Deliver a warm, friendly welcome to tenants and visitors, following appropriate sign in protocols
- Ensure the reception area always looks pristine and welcoming
- Efficiently manage deliveries - including couriers and post
- General administration
- Submit a weekly report on site activity
- Work closely with the Marketing team to become a knowledgeable point of contact for all Park based initiatives
Building Management
- Provide support to the Building Manager – confidently reporting building issues and help manage to resolution
- Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress log
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in a front of house reception role in an office environment
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent PC user and confident using Microsoft Office and social media applications, and be willing to learn any in-house systems
