At Aspire Living & Learning, we believe that strong teams build strong communities. We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative HR Partner to help our managers lead with confidence, compassion, and clarity. If you’re driven by meaningful work and want to help shape a workplace culture where people feel seen, heard, and supported, this might be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Partner, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted resource to managers across our NH and MA regions. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through growth and development—and help ensure that every step reflects our mission and values. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Workplace Learning teams, you’ll:

  • Coach and support managers in performance management, employee relations, and team development.

  • Help identify and nurture high-potential employees for internal growth.

  • Participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

  • Interpret and guide HR policies in ways that enhance our inclusive culture.

  • Use HR data to shape strategies that improve engagement and retention.

  • Assist in delivering and refining employee training programs.

  • Navigate complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and consistency.

Who You Are

You’re not just an HR generalist—you’re a people strategist who believes that great leadership is the key to thriving teams. You’re comfortable with nuance, confident in your guidance, and curious about better ways to serve employees and managers alike.

You’ll need:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, including performance management and employee relations.

  • A strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational culture.

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • SHRM-CP/SCP preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year).

  • Valid driver’s license and background check required.

What We Offer

  • A mission-driven workplace where your role makes a real difference.

  • A supportive and forward-thinking People & Culture team.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Flexible work environment, with occasional travel.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement.
