About the Role

This is not just a warehouse job — it’s the heartbeat of our daily operations. The Warehouse & Fleet Manager ensures every technician has the right parts, stocked vehicles, and fully functioning tools to serve our customers quickly and efficiently. You’ll manage inventory, maintain our fleet, and even hit the road delivering critical parts to keep our field team on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Ensure parts are staged daily for technicians’ routes and upcoming installs
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and operating efficiently
• Manage technician uniforms, safety gear, and PPE inventory
  

Fleet Management

• Oversee all service trucks — schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and fully stocked for daily use
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle records (registrations, insurance, inspections)
• Manage GPS tracking systems to monitor usage and efficiency
• Coordinate decommissioning and onboarding of fleet vehicles
  

Field Support

• Drive and deliver parts, tools, or specialty equipment to technicians on job sites
• Assist technicians in the field with material needs to minimize downtime
• Act as a key liaison between warehouse operations and field teams
• Support urgent requests and problem-solve logistical challenges in real time
• Weekly truck inventory
• Minor repairs
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, fleet coordination, or service department operations (HVAC/Plumbing preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with inventory systems and fleet management software
• A safety-first mindset and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A proactive team player who thrives on helping technicians succeed
  

What We Offer

• Pay: $30–$35/hour
• Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (75% company-paid for employees, 25% for dependents) after 60 days
• Retirement: 401(k) with 4% company match starting after 90 days
• Paid Time Off: 40 hours of sick leave + 40 hours of vacation and 6 paid holidays after 90 days 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional flexibility required
