We’re looking for a Recruiter/Onboarding Safety Specialist to work closely with our Safety Manager. If you have experience in recruiting and onboarding and understand DOT and OSHA regulations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and onboard drivers and team members

• Conduct orientations with a strong safety focus

• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA requirements

• Maintain driver qualification files and safety records

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruiting and onboarding (transportation industry a plus)

• Knowledge of DOT & OSHA regulations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must be onsite Monday – Friday
