POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for daily oversight of filter production within department including delegating tasks, setting deadlines and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Plays a crucial role in communication and problem-solving within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Distribute work effectively, assigning tasks based on team members’ skills and expertise.
- Establish clear objective and deadlines for the team and individual members.
- Monitor others activities and perform own work in a safe manner according to safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure clear and open communication within the team and with other departments.
- Track team and individual performance, providing feedback and support to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to use a tape measure accurately.
