NSF’s Food Production Supplier Assurance audit team delivers food safety audits to manufacturing locations across North America and globally. Renowned for our customer service, technical expertise, and integrity, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Coordinator to join our North America account management team.
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations and serve as a key point of contact for our largest clients. You’ll handle a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks, ensuring smooth communication and efficient program execution.
Responsibilities
- Set up new client accounts and audits, including reviewing documents, contracts, and entering data into internal systems.
- Manage and update client and audit information across NSF and client-specific databases.
- Maintain and organize live documents and project files.
- Provide administrative support for client-driven initiatives and internal projects.
- Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets; manage invoice requests and follow-ups.
- Monitor and respond to client inbox inquiries, ensuring timely routing to appropriate account managers.
- Facilitate internal team communication and respond to routine client inquiries.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for market research and special projects.
- Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) based on client requirements.

Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Strong communication skills – ability to follow up and follow through
- Organizational ability – effective methods put in place to record and organize client details
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and multitask appropriately
- Keen attention to detail – high level of accuracy
- Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and contribute in a team setting.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills – ability to asses current state and suggest improvements to implement. Drive forward progress on those suggestions
- Ability to be positive and professional at all times
- Self-motivated and works well independently
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Aptitude to learn systems and databases quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with working in databases, backend systems, and processes
- Potential to implement backend processes to ensure system functionality
