Hybrid Brand Ambassador bei Allied Stone Inc.

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY: 

Allied Stone Inc. is seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador/ Promotional Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be on increasing sales and enhancing brand recognition within the luxury stone fabrication industry. You will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, Sales Managers, and Sales Team to develop and nurture relationships with home builders, designers, contractors, and architects while promoting the Allied Gallery brand and driving business growth. A key aspect of this role involves coordinating client appointments, managing and maintaining a sample library, and delivering samples and marketing brochures to potential clients. 

Essential Functions: 

• Develop and Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with home builders, designers, contractors, and architects to drive sales and expand the client base.
• Promote the Allied Gallery Brand: Actively represent and promote the Allied Galle1y brand to increase brand recognition and market presence.
• Market to New Accounts: Identify and target new accounts, creating strategies to engage potential clients and expand our business opportunities.
• Coordinate Client Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments with home builders, designers, contractors, and architects to boost sales opportunities and enhance client engagement.
• Enhance Brand Reputation: Support brand promotion efforts by addressing client needs and feedback, ensuring consistent and positive brand interactions.
• Build and Maintain Sample Library: Develop and manage a comprehensive sample library to support client needs and facilitate effective product demonstrations.
• Deliver Samples and Marketing Materials: Provide samples and marketing brochures to potential clients, ensuring timely and professional delivery to support sales efforts.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, Sales Managers, and Sales Team to align marketing strategies, support sales initiatives, and ensure cohesive execution of responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TRAINING): 

Preferred Education: 

• 2-year degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Required Experience: 

• Experience in marketing to new accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Preferred Experience: 

• Previous experience in a brand ambassador or promotional marketing role is desirable.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and client engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to promote and represent a brand effectively.
• Knowledge of the luxury stone fabrication industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Environment:
This position will be performed in both an office environment, as well as in production and warehousing facilities. 

 
Physical Demands:
This position will require walking and standing, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.  

Travel Required:
This position will involve travel around the DFW metroplex to visit customers and suppliers.
