CLINICIAN I $24.04/Hr-$30.05/Hr

The Clinician I provides individual and group counseling services for clients in Harvest Farm’s Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs. This is an entry-level clinical role ideal for recent graduates pursuing licensure and seeking experience working with vulnerable populations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 individuals.  

•  Provide orientation and education to clients to aid in the therapeutic process.  

•  Co-lead educational/process groups.  

•  Provide one-on-one counseling and crisis support as needed.  

•  Collaborate with assigned clients to develop written treatment plans that include, 

 assessment, treatment, education and discharge planning.   

•  Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care.  

•  Monitor clients on an ongoing basis to continually assess needs and facilitate 

 treatment and interventions.  

•  Document clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, diagnostic summaries, and 

 progress charting in a timely manner to ensure comprehensive and quality client  

 care. 

•  Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain 

  effective working relationships with employees and peers.   

•  Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times.  

•  Adhere to documentation and conduct standards per electronic health records (EHR), 

 Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA), Health Insurance Portability and 

 accountability (HIPAA), Medicaid, and applicable insurance payers.   

•  Pursue continuing education, clinical licensure, and supervision.  

•  Provide direct support to other DRM facilities as required. 


CLINICIAN II $55,100/Hr-$68,800/Hr 

 The Clinician II provides counseling and therapeutic services across individual and group settings within Harvest Farm’s Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs. This role is for a fully trained, unlicensed or provisionally licensed clinician gaining experience toward independent licensure. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Manage a caseload of approximately 25 individuals.  

•  Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge.  

•  Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and cohorts.  

•  Lead weekly group education and process groups.  

•  Formulate treatment plans based on intake and continued client assessment.  

•  Provide counseling in both structured and milieu settings.  

•  Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care.  

•  Monitor clients on an ongoing basis to continually assess needs and facilitate treatment and 

    interventions.  

•  Conduct, create, and document clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, diagnostic  

     summaries, and progress charting in a timely manner to assure comprehensive and quality 

     client care.  

•  Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain 

   working relationships with employees and peers.  

•  Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times.  

•  Adhere to documentation and conduct standards per electronic health records (EHR), 

    Colorado department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA), Health Insurance Portability and 

    Accountability Act (HIPAA), Medicaid, and applicable insurance payers.  

•  Provide direct support to other DRM facilities as required. 


CLINICIAN III $57,900 - $77,100 

The Clinician III provides advanced clinical services and supervision to clients and junior staff at Harvest Farm’s Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs. This fully licensed role requires substantial therapeutic experience and includes leadership responsibilities within the clinical team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 individuals/families and conduct complex  

   assessments.  

•  Facilitate high-level therapeutic group sessions and provide clinical direction in treatment 

    planning. 

•  Offer clinical supervision to junior clinicians or interns as assigned.  

•  Ensure compliance with professional standards and participate in quality assurance.  

•  Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care.  

•  Monitor clients on an ongoing basis to continually assess needs and facilitate treatment and 

    interventions. 

•  Conduct, create, and document clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, diagnostic 

    summaries, and progress charting in a timely manner to assure comprehensive and quality 

    client care. 

•  Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain 

    effective working relationships with employees and peers.  

•  Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times.  

•  Adhere to documentation and conduct standards per electronic health records (EHR),  

    Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) and Health Insurance Portability and 

    Accountability Act (HIPAA), Medicaid, and applicable insurance payers. 

•  Lead special clinical initiatives, trainings, or therapeutic projects as assigned.  

•  Provide direct support to other DRM facilities as required. 

Requirements

CLINICIAN I 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

•  Bachelor’s degree in counseling or a related field. 

•  Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) preferred or completed CAS within one year of 

    hire.  

•  Must have clinical philosophy, take initiative, multi-task, and work with a diverse 

    clientele.  

•  Basic counseling or internship experience preferred.  

•  CPR certification within 90 days of hire. 

•  Active Driver’s License as a limited amount of work-related travel may be required. 

•  Must be a Christian holding to the beliefs set forth in the Statement of Faith, expressed by a  

   personal testimony and Christian conduct.


CLINICIAN II

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

•  Master’s degree in counseling or a related helping field.  

•  Registered with DORA as an unlicensed psychotherapist.  

•  Certification in addiction preferred or willingness to pursue Licensed Addiction Counselor 

    (LAC) within one year.  

•  Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with similar populations (e.g., addiction, unhoused).  

•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.  

•  CPR certification within 90 days of hire.  

•  Must have a clinical philosophy, take initiative, multi-task, and work with a diverse clientele.  

•  Must be a Christian holding to the beliefs set forth in the Statement of Faith and Apostles 

    Creed, expressed by a personal testimony and Christian conduct.     

•  Active Driver’s License as a limited amount of work-related travel may be required. 

•  Must be a Christian holding to the beliefs set forth in the Statement of Faith, expressed by  

    a personal testimony and Christian conduct.  


CLINICIAN III

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

•  Master’s degree in counseling or a related helping field.  

•  Fully licensed psychotherapist in the state of Colorado (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and 

    registered with DORA.  

•  Ability to obtain malpractice insurance at hire  

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in individual, family, and group counseling with high-need 

    populations.  

•  Experience supervising clinicians or leading teams preferred.  

•  Excellent documentation, organizational, and leadership skills.  

•  CPR certification within 90 days of hire.  

•  Current Colorado Driver’s License.  

•  Must be a Christian holding to the beliefs set forth in the Statement of Faith and Apostles 

   Creed, expressed by a personal testimony and Christian conduct.
