Hybrid Supplier Relationship Lead bei Jered LLC

Jered—a PAR Systems company—is looking for a Supplier Relationship Lead to drive supplier development and performance across our growing defense and maritime operations.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in evaluating suppliers, analyzing cost performance, and identifying sourcing risks. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and the supply chain team to optimize supplier capabilities, manage key relationships, and ensure we meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Success Criteria

As the Supplier Relationship Lead, your success will be defined by your ability to build scalable supplier performance frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and strategically expand our supply base. You'll lead the development of supplier scorecards, manage subcontract relationships, and coordinate alternate sourcing efforts where risks are identified.

You’ll be working with technical experts across engineering and manufacturing, so the ability to translate supply chain metrics into strategic action is key. The most successful candidates in this role are analytical, decisive, and proactive—with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of supplier development in a regulated, heavy engineering environment.
