- Provide feedback and support to parents and carers
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Transport children to and from family time sessions
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to support family needs
This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
You will need
We hope you’ll bring:
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience
- Experience working directly with children, young people, and families
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Confidence in managing sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- A full driving licence and access to transport (frequent travel essential)
Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you. We value potential and are committed to supporting your growth.
The team
Our Family Time Team is dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments where children in care can maintain important family connections. We’re proud of the difference we make every day and the collaborative, caring culture we’ve built. You’ll be joining a team that values trust, empathy, and shared purpose.
