Red Dot Corporation, the leading producer of premium mobile HVAC units and components for heavy-duty commercial and military vehicles, is looking for an Accounting Supervisor, based out of our Puyallup, Washington corporate headquarters.
* This Position is 100% onsite at our Puyallup Washington location.*

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Accounting Supervisor who models our core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and supporting key business functions. This position supervises accounts payable and receivable, leads month-end processes, and partners cross-functionally to strengthen financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Supervise AP/AR team to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, cash applications, and collections.
- Perform month-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain and update fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and related reporting. Including personal property tax filings.
- Track and analyze AP/AR metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable laws and regulations throughout areas of responsibility.
- Participate in cross functional meetings as required. Actively seek ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Maintain all related files associated with workload, ensuring accuracy with all documentation. File documents in a timely manner.
- Assist with other department projects as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of accounting procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to establish procedures to ensure accuracy.

Level Requirements (Minimum):
Education
- BS or BA degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
- CPA or Master’s Degree a plus
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance required.
- Familiarity with cost accounting and other accounting processes specific to manufacturing
- Advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages; previous experience with Oracle a plus.

Salary Grade** for this role is as follows:
Min: $95,000/annual
Mid: $100,000/annual
Max: $105,000/annual
