Hybrid EEG Technician, Registered (Per Diem) bei Cape Cod Healthcare

1.     Perform EEG tests. 

-        Observe and notate abnormal wave forms

-        Maintain, calibrate, adjust and troubleshoot EEG equipment

-        Document patient movements, clinical events and artifactual wave form

-        Perform activating procedures to demonstrate abnormalities in the EEG wave form

-        Include all pertinent patient information in technician report

-        Makes discriminating observations and communicate with the reading/on-call neurologist

-        Enter and result charges for each patient accordingly

2.     Assist in daily operation of department.

3.     Assist in departmental planning, development of policies and procedures and quality assurance program. 

4.     Maintain professional growth and development through approved seminars and professional affiliations.

5.     Perform other work-related duties as requested/required.
