Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining professional and positive relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and key stakeholders
• Acting as a branding ambassador for idsMED’s after-sales service: friendly, professional, and solutions-driven
• Offering and explaining Contract Service programs to clients, including benefits, coverage, and pricing
• Coordinating with the technical and sales team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
• Gathering customer feedback and creating follow-up reports
• Actively engaging in after-sales programs such as free check-ups, Inspector tool deployment, and clinic loyalty initiatives
• Contributing to service revenue growth through effective communication and value-driven selling
