Cleaner / Tea Person

IMCD SA is looking for a reliable, friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner  / Tea Person.  In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment and providing refreshments to staff and visitors, helping to create a pleasant and professional workplace.  You will be reporting to the Branch Manager and you will be based in Milnerton, Cape Town.

• You must be well presented and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors
• Ability to execute written an oral instructions
• A matric certificate will be advantageous

• Cleaning boardrooms daily
• Empty dustbins and remove dirty cups
• Vacuum clean all carpets and keep floors mopped and tidy
• Ensure toilets are cleaned and stocked with toiletries
• Making tea / coffee for visitors on request
• Set up for meetings and catering when required
• Ensure reception area looks neat
• Wash dishes / dish towels and keep kitchen clean and tidy
• Keep rubbish together and make available for collection
• Keep offices immaculate at all times
• Clean internal office windows / doors and blinds every second month
• Complete requisition of all supplies as needed for the week
• Assist with routine administrative tasks as delegated

A matric certificate will be advantageous

Milnerton Cape Town.  Preferences will be given to candidates living in the area.
