Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Policy & Technical team. You will be responsible for driving thought leadership initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

• Develop and implement market strategies to enhance our services to financial advisers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including spokesperson duties.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

About You:

• Proven experience working in or with the advice market.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis and strategy development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including press and public speaking.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality services to the advice sector.
