Evening Intake Coordinator (After-Hours Support)

CBS Director
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Position Summary:
The Remote Evening Intake Coordinator provides after-hours support for families who are unavailable during the traditional workday. This role ensures that families with questions about eligibility, documentation, and service planning can access support during evenings and weekends. It is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a family-first orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
· - Return voicemails and follow up with families or support coordinators who contact the agency.
· - Support parents or guardians through Medicaid/DDD application questions during evening hours.
· - Hold intake calls and book meet-and-greets with CBS Director when applicable.
· - Track intake progress and document status updates in the shared tracker for handoff to weekday staff.
· - Identify whether the family is warm or cold and note follow-up needs accordingly.
· - Coordinate with CBS Director for next steps, especially for high-priority or delayed referrals.
Qualifications:
· - Experience in client intake, family case support, or disability services preferred.
· - Availability during evenings and weekends is required.
· - Strong verbal communication and note-taking skills.
· - Ability to use digital communication tools (e.g., VoIP, email, Google Workspace).
· - Calm demeanor, especially when supporting families under stress or uncertainty.
· - Competency using Google Workspace, VoIP systems, and shared digital tools.
Must have a dedicated work space desk and quiet environment that serves as work area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
