What You'll Do
In this essential front-line role, you'll be the voice and face of GSM Services, ensuring smooth communication, accurate scheduling, and a warm welcome for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Make outbound follow-up calls for service and sales
- Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple departments
- Greet visitors and ensure they’re directed to the right destination
- Handle general administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare correspondence and organize incoming mail and deliveries
- Perform 3-month “Happy Calls” and service confirmation follow-ups
- Maintain security awareness by monitoring visitor access
- Support the team with ongoing communication and customer service needs
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional personal presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure
- High reliability, initiative, and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to read and write English at a high school level
Working Hours
- Training Period (First 90 Days):
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office) - Regular Schedule After Training:
- Monday & Tuesday – Off
- Wednesday to Friday – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Onsite)
- Saturday – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Remote)
- Sunday – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Remote)
