Requirements

Essential Functions

• Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving, and processes outbound warehouse product. 
• Able to pick efficiently and accurately using process and procedures in place.  Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts. 
• Load and unload trucks using sit down forklift. 
• Must comply with warehouse and OSHA regulations. 
• Perform all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Accurately and consistently follow instructions of leads/supervisors.
• Must Comply with all applicable SOP’s, safety policies and procedures and report issues and problems to leads/supervisors. 
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions. 
• Keep work areas clean, neat, and bin locations ready for picking and cycle counts at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift operating experience.  
• Must  have one year of experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment, including shipping, receiving, and packaging.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with management and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, positive attitude and exhibit company’s core values. 
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Time management skills a must.
• Proficient packaging/palletizing level. 
• Must be presentable, organized, and work safely at all times. 
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
