Job Overview Summary    

Reporting to the Associate Director, Product Integrity Intelligence, the Incumbent will support our company's global Product Integrity strategic deliverables and operational assignments that protect the safety of our company's patients and assets through requirement-based intelligence analysis, targeting, and reporting.

What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):

• Conduct in depth all-source intelligence analysis. Compiles information from multiple disparate sources, including importer/exporter customs data, forensic analysis, field investigative intelligence, case investigative data, and other data from various sources and systems within the Company and from external sources.

• Provide timely, relevant, and actionable open-source intelligence (OSINT) reports to various sectors of the group in efforts to provide critical analysis into mission critical assets.

• Conduct in-depth intelligence analysis to proactively identify trends and threats that impact Product Integrity’s mission.

• Create, own, and maintain, BI dashboards produced via Power BI or other visualization software.

• Develop and maintain advanced analytical and visualization methodologies through network visualization software such as Maltego, Analyst Notebook, etc. (link analysis, high value targeting prioritization, etc.).

• Deliver intelligence reports and findings to investigators across multiple global regions, necessitating occasional work outside regular business hours to align with varying time zones.

What we Like about you:

• B.S. or B.A. in a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in intelligence roles.

• Ability to identify intelligence gaps, trends, threats, and to implement/execute solutions.

• Demonstrated problem solver.

• The ideal candidate will have strong data collection, analysis, reporting, and critical thinking skills.

• Proven ability to work in varying situations, from committee work in which a “team player” approach is essential to situations in which considerable independence and self-motivation is required

• Must possess and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

• Must be innovative and independent, able to manage an aggressive workload in a high performing environment

• Demonstrated experience interacting with senior leadership.

• Committed to successfully operating in a matrixed environment with exceptional level of collaboration, clarity and honesty in dealing with peers, team members and all others in a flat and nimble organization.

• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to breaking situations. Sound, proven judgment is a must.

• Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds, countries of origin, and at varying levels within the corporate structure.

• Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).

Preferred:

• Previous intelligence background.

• Formal OSINT training 

• Experience in the counterfeit pharmaceutical/pharma security/ brand protection industry is a plus.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
