As the part time Willow Student’s Group Life Coordinator at the Willow Huntley campus you will work with the Willow Students Pastor in supporting the planning and execution of the Junior High (JHM) and High School Ministry (HSM) programs at Willow Huntley, creating a consistent student community experience, and developing fantastic volunteer teams that are focused on helping students take their next step with Jesus to Love God, Love People, and Change the World. This position is 20 hours per week.

The pay rate for this position is around $18.50 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. Requirements
- Champion the programming/activity planning & execution for both JHM and HSM.
- Recruit, train, and develop a highly engaged and motivated diverse volunteer team- that are well cared for, equipped, empowered, and encouraged.
- Execute ministry through the weekend experience, small group, camps, and special events while helping to drive the growth and engagement of student life in JHM and HSM.
- Provide weekend teaching support, and communicating or teaching as necessary.
- Support the strategic and various administrative needs of the Student ministry initiatives.
