What You’ll Do:

• Lead with integrity and uphold Paul Davis values.
• Manage operations, facilities, and cross-departmental communication.
• Oversee financials in collaboration with the CFO and President.
• Partner with the Director of Business Development to drive sales goals.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct performance reviews across departments.
• Evaluate vendor relationships, software compliance, and process improvement.
• Lead customer satisfaction and reputation management efforts.
• Ensure franchise and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with other Paul Davis offices and support teams.
   

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• 2+ years in restoration or construction preferred
• IICRC certifications a plus
• Proven skills in coaching, process improvement, and performance management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A growth mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams
