What you’ll do:
As a Bid Manager, you’ll lead the development of compelling, customer-focused responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You’ll collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to shape strategic messaging and ensure timely, high-quality submissions that reflect our value proposition.
You’ll guide the proposal process from kickoff through delivery, including content development, reviews, editing/design, and final publishing. You’ll also support post-submission activities and follow-up as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring alignment with bid strategy and customer needs.
- Partner with sales and subject matter experts to craft persuasive, tailored responses.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver polished, on-brand proposals.
- Develop a growing understanding of our products, services, and differentiators.
- Apply best practices in proposal management and continuously improve processes.
- Exercise sound judgment to resolve challenges and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Manage multiple projects with minimal overlap and shifting priorities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,500 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
