Position Summary
Dynamic and results-driven General Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of a high-performance family entertainment center. Leads operations, team development, financial performance, and customer satisfaction to ensure excellence across all departments. Accountable for achieving sales, profit, and EBITDA targets.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
· Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing staff.
· Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions.
· Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
· Lead by example to inspire excellence in service, safety, and productivity.
Operations & Customer Service
· Ensure superior guest experiences and 100% customer satisfaction.
· Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and organization.
· Resolve operational issues proactively and implement continuous improvements.
· Comply with company policies, regulatory standards (OSHA, ADA, DOT), and quality assurance programs.
Financial & Business Performance
· Manage P&L, budgets, payroll, and expense controls.
· Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective strategies.
· Conduct revenue analysis and identify trends to maximize profitability.
· Oversee inventory, asset protection, and vendor relations.
Strategic Planning & Compliance
· Set operational goals and performance standards aligned with company objectives.
· Participate in business planning and contribute to corporate strategy.
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
· Enforce compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
· Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support operations
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required; college or technical degree preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience.
· Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams.
· Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Basic electronics knowledge; clean driving record.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
