We are currently seeking an Order Intake Coordinator to join our team in Garland, TX. This is a full-time, in-office position.

As the Order Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that client orders are accurately processed and maintained. You’ll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to ensure that project requests are entered, tracked, and fulfilled with precision and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

  • Accurately enter and process client orders into our internal system in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or delays by coordinating with appropriate staff and departments.
  • Monitor and follow up on orders from intake through completion.
  • Answer incoming emails from clients and internal teams; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Support the CSR and Research departments with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused tone in all communications (email and phone).
  • Use mapping and location tools to gather or verify directions when needed.
  • Stay up to date on CBG’s services, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns or order issues to management as appropriate.

   

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required;      college coursework or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting.
  • Title industry or land surveying experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience with technical or custom order processing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear,      concise, and professional email communication is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers and various software programs.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  •  Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), preferred.
