Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and timely filing of all Indonesian tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), withholding taxes, and other applicable taxes. 
  • Manage queries, tax audits and assessments from the Indonesian tax authorities, negotiating settlements and resolving disputes when necessary. 
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to company tax practices. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all tax records and documentation. 
  • Reconcile with Accounting report and Submitted tax return. 
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal finance & accounting team and external tax advisors. Expert in Coretax, e-SPT and  e-Faktur.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, accounting and operations, to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience as Tax Specialist / Staff / Consultant. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and international tax considerations. 
  • Proven experience in tax compliance, tax planning, and managing tax audits. 
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software a plus. 
  • Possession of Brevet Tax A and B (Indonesia) highly desirable."
