At Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, we’re on a mission to solve youth unemployment through powerful partnerships. We’re looking for a Financial Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a real impact.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage payments, audits, and financial records
• Support stipend and staff claim processes
• Prepare for funder and statutory audits
• Provide general financial admin support
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• NGO or development sector experience (advantageous)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, accountability, and teamwork
